The Court Clerk can be reached at the phone number above but this court has very limited hours. Knox's official website - knoxny.org - also has phone numbers where you can reach the Town Justices (if you dare). The court is located in the Town Hall building and shares its mailing address at P.O. Box 56, Knox NY 12107 but any updated information should appear on your ticket/paperwork.
The town of Knox is in the beautiful, rural Helderberg mountains just a few miles from downtown Albany and Schenectady. In fact, from the cliffs of Thatcher Park, you can probably get Albany, Schenectady, and the City of Troy on one panoramic shot (send us one if you have one). It's also a great place to see fireworks on the 4th of July). Like several of the other highly-rural spots in between the few metropolitan areas in Upstate New York, the town of Knox does not get too much action. In fact, the Knox Town Court is only held once a week at 6pm. Another stereotypically-characteristic feature of these small towns - one that Knox happens to share - is that on the off chance you do get in trouble here, the matter is taken very seriously.
