Please note that Westerlo's official website is townofwesterlony.com and NOT townofwesterlony.ORG. I'm not even sure what the .org site is - possibly a test site or (more likely) someone trying to play tricks. Anyhow, the Westerlo Justice Court is in session Wednesday nights at 7pm (yes, like many other Upstate courts, this is a night court). According to the information on their website, misdemeanor cases are heard on the second Wednesdays of every month and traffic ticket trials on the fourth Wednesays. You can fax the court at (518) 797-3598, mail your ticket (but talk to us first!) to P.O. Box 148 (first double-check the address listed on your ticket itself), send them an email at RACarl@nycourts.gov, or even call Court Clerk Jessica Tronco if you have misplaced your ticket or need help rescheduling a court date.
Clerk hours are limited, so be patient and don't wait for the last minute. If, like most people, you do procrastinate in responding to your case don't panic. Give us a call at (518) 406-8330. Our attorneys have a lot of experience and will know how to best assist you to avoid any disasters. And whether you are charged with speeding, 1144-a, or some other common moving violation or something more serious like a crime - for example DWI, Unlawful Possession of Marijuana (UPM), DWAI, Aggravated Unlicensed Operation (AUO), or a commercial Logbook Violation, you can be confident knowing that we have probably handled a case very similar to your own at least a few times before.
The Law Office of Ken McCauley's reputation has been built on attention to our clients and superior results when it matters the most. We can help you with any legal issue big or small and offer affordable legal fees (traffic tickets start at $200) as well as payment plans to finance your costs. Students and veterans may also receive special discounts. Call or use our contact form to request a free, no obligation consultation and speak with a Westerlo traffic lawyer today.
